2. Service Overview

Booking Ministry is a technology platform that solely provides ticket booking services. We act as an intermediary that facilitates ticket purchases between users and event organizers. Booking Ministry does NOT organize, manage, or control any events listed on the platform. All event-related responsibilities — including but not limited to event management, scheduling, venue arrangements, content, safety, quality, cancellations, refunds, and any disputes — are entirely the responsibility of the respective event organizer.

3. Organizer Responsibility

All aspects of the events listed on our platform are under the sole responsibility of the event organizer. This includes but is not limited to:

• Event planning, management, execution, and quality of the event experience.
• Handling all refund requests, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Resolving any complaints, disputes, or issues related to the event.
• For any event-related concerns, you must contact the event organizer directly. Booking Ministry is not responsible for resolving event-related matters.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account or booking an event.
• You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent behavior.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.

5. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the event organizer. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment gateways. Booking Ministry provides the payment infrastructure only — any payment-related disputes or issues related to the event must be resolved directly with the event organizer.

6. Event Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellation and refund policies are set and managed entirely by the event organizer. Booking Ministry does not process refunds and is not responsible for any refund decisions. If you need a refund or wish to cancel a booking, please contact the event organizer directly. Each event may have different cancellation and refund terms — please review the organizer's policy before purchasing tickets.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of our platform or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Booking Ministry provides a ticket booking platform only and assumes no responsibility for the events listed on the platform. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, attendance at events, or any actions of event organizers. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of event information provided by organizers. For any event-related issues, please contact the event organizer directly.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
